This policy applies to everything you write, upload, generate or export with Luzarc, and is part of our Beta Terms.

1. Never make

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises children in any way.
  • Intimate or sexual content of a real person, including "nudified" or undressed images, whether or not they are recognisable.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: content that makes a real person, including a public figure or politician, appear to say or do something they did not, in order to deceive.
  • Realistic depictions of events that did not happen, presented as real news or evidence.
  • Harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people or groups.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or uploads you do not have the rights to use.
  • Anything else that breaks the law of India or of the place you use Luzarc from.

2. Real faces and voices

You may use a real person's photo, likeness or voice only when one of these is true:

  • It is you.
  • It is a real person who has consented. They gave documented consent for this use, you keep that consent on file, and you share it with us if we ask.
  • It is fictional, or stock you have the rights to.

We may remove content and suspend accounts where consent is missing.

3. Labels and provenance

Do not remove, crop out, blur or alter any label, watermark or provenance metadata that Luzarc or a model adds to output, and do not use tools to strip it. Disclose that content is AI-generated wherever the law or a platform requires it.

4. The service itself

  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of Luzarc, or try to reach another company's data.
  • Do not get around credit limits, usage limits or safety filters.
  • Do not resell access, share an invitation outside your team, or use Luzarc to build a competing product without our written agreement.

Model providers run their own safety filters. A request they refuse is not a fault in Luzarc.

5. What happens when the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

  • remove the content and tell you why;
  • warn you, or restrict features on your account;
  • suspend or close the account, without a warning for the most serious cases;
  • keep records and report the content to the authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other laws.

6. Report a problem

If you see content made with Luzarc that breaks this policy, or that uses you without your consent, report it here.
