What happens next
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- Privacy requests are answered within 30 days.
- Content complaints are resolved within 7 days.
- Intimate or impersonating imagery is removed within 2 hours of a valid complaint.
- Court or government orders are acted on within 3 hours.
We review every report against our Acceptable Use Policy and the law. We may remove the content, suspend the account that made it, and report it to the authorities. We tell you what we did. If you are not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer.
